Reposition a technology leasing organization known primarily for second- and third-generation equipment as an innovative technology solutions provider.
Designed and produced a technology arcade that transformed a traditional exhibit hall into a highly interactive conference experience centered on innovation, performance, and emerging technology.
The exhibit hall served as the backdrop for the conference opening reception and featured a custom virtual reality experience developed in partnership with Pennzoil and IndyCar driver Scott Goodyear.
Attendees could experience what it felt like to drive a Formula 1 race car at more than 200 miles per hour, while additional virtual reality attractions included simulated rides on some of the world’s most famous roller coasters.
Scott Goodyear served as a featured guest speaker, participated in attendee meet-and-greets, posed for photographs beside his race car, and drew the winning ticket for an all-expense-paid trip for two to the Indianapolis 500.
Throughout the exhibit hall, themes of speed and performance reinforced the organization’s messaging around innovation and technology leadership.
Additional hospitality experiences—including massage stations, manicure services, and shoeshine lounges—provided opportunities to deliver targeted messaging while attendees relaxed between sessions and exhibits.
The result was a conference environment that encouraged exploration, conversation, and sustained interaction among attendees, exhibitors, sponsors, and sales teams.
More than 3,000 attendees participated in the conference experience, making the Technology Arcade one of the event’s most popular attractions.
The exhibit hall generated hundreds of qualified leads while increasing engagement with exhibitors, sponsors, and strategic messaging throughout the conference.
The combination of interactive technology, hospitality, and entertainment created memorable shared experiences that strengthened relationships among customers, prospects, sales teams, and industry partners.
The project demonstrated how creative event design can reshape brand perception and support business development objectives within a complex B2B environment.
