Response/Solution

To satisfy public interest in the Oklahoma Puppy Mill rescues, the client opened the doors to its shelter. This presented an opportunity to educate the public on the costs of large, multi-state rescues while fundraising through donations and the sale of naming rights.

Guests received tours of the shelter and wildlife nursery to see first-hand how:

Multi-state and international transports including rescuing dogs from the Korean Meat Trade with ASPCA are conducted.
Extensive volunteer & foster networks to facilitate and coordinate large, urgent rescues are leveraged.
Enrichment is provided to thousands of domestic and wild animals.
3000+ wild animals are cared for each year.
Potential adopters are set up for success.
Medical care is provided for the 4000+ domestic animals served.
Animals are given behavior training to give them a second chance.

Outcome/Results

Local media coverage. Several hundred visitors and $4000 in donations.
