Outcome/Results

The all-day festival attracted 3000+ attendees, many of which arrived with their pets. From cats in strollers, to a pig, and hundreds of dogs, there was something for everyone!

Client booths punctuated the venue and provided resources on vet care, small mammals, cats, dogs, human services programs, animal therapy and more.

People enjoyed performances by “The Canine Stars”, educational sessions on varied pet topics (how to get certified to do therapy work, how to keep pets safe from coyotes, enrichment, etc.), guest speakers and a marketplace of 100 vendors.

Dogs enjoyed treibball, behavior training classes, agility and lure courses. The reach extended well beyond the traditional service areas for the client yielding a new demographic to explore.
